What kind of fabric do you use for your t-shirts?

Are your t-shirts unisex?
Yes. Every piece is designed to fit all genders with comfort and intent.
How do the sizes fit?
Refer to our Size Chart for detailed measurements. Oversized fits are relaxed; regular fits stay true to size.
How should I wash and care for my t-shirt?
The Atman Vox Tee is made to last — care keeps it timeless.
- Wash inside out.
- Use cold water and a gentle machine cycle.
- Avoid brushes, bleach, and fabric softeners.
- Dry in shade only.
- Use mild detergents.
Do your prints fade or crack over time?
No. We use premium-grade inks and processes designed to endure wear and washes.
Where are your t-shirts made or printed?
Every Atman Vox piece is crafted and printed in Bangalore, India, and Melbourne, Australia — depending on your region of order.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm.
How do I fix a payment failure?
If your payment fails, please check your internet connection, ensure sufficient balance, and try again after a few minutes. If the amount was deducted but you didn’t get confirmation, it will usually be refunded automatically within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently don’t offer COD. All our pieces are made to order, so payment is required in advance to begin production.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation with a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also log in to your account and view the status under My Orders.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Since all our T-shirts are made to order, we’re unable to modify orders once placed. If you need a change, please cancel within 2 hours and place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible as your item is being custom-made.
Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Absolutely. If you’d like to create custom designs or bulk orders for your team, event, or brand, reach out to support@atmanvox.com — we’d love to collaborate.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary by region:
- India: 3–7 business days (metro faster, remote up to 10 days)
- Australia: 8–14 business days depending on region. Orders ship after 2 days for standard and 3–5 days for made-to-order items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and carrier link. You can also log in → My Orders → Track Order.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 days, email support@atmanvox.com and we’ll check with our courier.
What if my order is undelivered and returned to origin?
If delivery fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable), the package returns to us. A refund minus return shipping will be processed once received. Custom/made-to-order items are non-refundable unless it’s our error.
Are there shipping charges?
- India: Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- Australia: Shipping starts at AUD 15.95, excluding customs/duties.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, request a change within 24 hours via support@atmanvox.com. Once shipped, the address can’t be modified.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Made-to-order pieces can’t be returned once printed unless there’s an error on our end.
How do I request an exchange?
Email support@atmanvox.com with subject “Exchange Request - [Order Number]” and include clear photos or an unboxing video. Once approved, you can exchange for a different size or replacement if available.
Note: One exchange per order. A ₹150 pickup fee applies unless it’s our mistake.
When will the product be picked up?
After approval (2–3 business days), pickup is usually within 2–4 days depending on your location. If reverse pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship and share tracking.
