1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The 7-day window starts from the delivery date.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Eligible:

• Defective/damaged items while shipping
• Wrong item, size, or color received

Not Eligible:

• Custom/personalized items (unless defective)
• "Changed my mind" returns
• Worn, washed, or used items
• Missing tags or original packaging

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags and packaging
• Supported by order proof (order number/email) For defective or wrong items: include clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.

4. HOW TO INITIATE

Step 1: Email support@atmanvox.com

• Subject: "Return Request - [Order Number]"
• Include reason, photos/videos (if applicable), and preferred resolution

Step 2: Get approval within 2-3 business days with instructions.

Step 3: Return options:

• Reverse Pickup - ₹150 fee (where available)
• Self-Ship - Ship at your cost to: Atman Vox, 12, 1st Floor, 3rd Main, Sagar Layout, DC Halli, Bengaluru 560076, Karnataka Phone +91 799-655-3331

Step 4: Once received, we inspect and process your refund/exchange within 2-4 business days.

5. EXCHANGES

• Allowed once per order for size exchange (if stock available).
• Reverse pickup fee ₹150 (waived if our error).
• Processing: 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

• Our error: Free pickup & return shipping.
• Customer- error: ₹150 pickup or self-ship.
• Keep shipping proof until confirmed received.

7. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

Report within 24 hours with photos/videos or unboxing proof. You can choose:

• Replacement (same item)
• Exchange (equal or higher value)
• Full refund (including shipping if our error)

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

No returns/exchanges for:

• Custom or printed items
• Used or damaged items
