REFUND AND CANCELLATION

At Atman Vox, we believe in clear and fair transactions. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
PART 1: CANCELLATIONS
1. Cancellation Window
Many of our products are Made to Order. You can cancel your order:
- Within 24 hours of placing it, before it enters production. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Cancel

- Subject: Order Cancellation - [Order Number]
- Your Account: My Orders → Select Order → Cancel
We shall confirmation within 24 hours via email.
3. Custom Items
Custom or printed items cannot be cancelled once production starts (usually within 24 hours).
4. Automatic Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if:
- Product unavailable
- Payment fails
- Logistics issues
- Force majeure events
Full refund within 5-7 days if we cancel.
PART 2: REFUNDS
5. When You're Eligible
Refunds apply if:
- Order cancelled within 24 hours
- Item defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Failed delivery
- Order cancelled by us
6. Refund Method
Refunds go to the original payment method. If not possible, we'll process via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
7. Timeline
- Cancellation refund: 3-5 business days
- Return refund: 3-5 days after inspection
- Bank reflection: 5-10 days (varies by bank)
8. Refund Amounts
- Full Refund: Cancellations before shipping or our fault
- Partial Refund: Deductions for return shipping, payment processing (1-3%), or pickup fees (₹150)
- Not Refunded: Shipping, customs, or taxes (unless our error)
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails (wrong address, unavailable customer, refusal), The refund will be issued for the order value after deducting the return shipping cost.
10. Discounts & Gifts
Refund = amount paid after discounts. Free gifts must be returned for full refund; else, gift value deducted.
11. International Orders (Australia)
Refunds in AUD, subject to exchange rate and conversion fees. Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
12. No Refund Scenarios
No refund for:
- Custom/printed items (unless defective)
- Returns after 7 days
- Items not in original condition
- "Changed my mind" reasons
- Customer damage
- Orders cancelled post-shipping
13. Checking Refund Status
Track via your account or refund email. If not received after 10 days → contact support@atmanvox.com.
14. Fraudulent Orders
We may verify or cancel suspected fraud orders. Chargebacks without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
15. Disputes
Email support@atmanvox.com with your order number and reason. Response within 3-5 business days.
