SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Atman Vox

At Atman Vox, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • India (all serviceable pin codes)
  • Australia (all major cities and regions)

If you're located outside these regions and want to purchase our products, reach out to us-we're always exploring new territories.


2. PROCESSING TIME

2.1 Standard Items

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

2.2 Custom/Printed Items

Custom-designed or personalized products require additional time for printing and quality checks. These orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

2.3 Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. This confirms we've received your order, and your payment has been authorized.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery timelines begin after your order has been shipped (not from the date of order placement).

3.1 India

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas (North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep): 7-10 business days

3.2 Australia

  • Major Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 8-12 business days
  • Regional Areas: 10-14 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Courier serviceability issues
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

4.1 India

FREE SHIPPING on all orders above INR 499.00

4.2 Australia

Shipping starts at AUD $15.95* for all orders, regardless of order value.

Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

5. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Express Bees and other reputable carriers in India, based on the location and availability. FedEx, DHL and AUSPOST for Australia. We choose the best carrier for your location to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


6. ORDER TRACKING

6.1 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email and SMS
  • Carrier details and estimated delivery date
  • Direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time

6.2 How to Track

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number
  • Logging into your Atman Vox account

6.3 No Tracking Info Received?

If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us at support@atmanvox.com.


7. FAILED DELIVERY & NON-DELIVERY

7.1 Multiple Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after 2 unsuccessful attempts due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Customer not reachable over phone
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be returned to us, and you will receive a refund after deducting the return shipping charges.

7.2 Order Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

If your order shows as "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours by emailing support@atmanvox.com with your order number
  • We will immediately initiate an investigation with our logistics partner
  • Investigation typically takes 7-15 business days
  • You must wait for the investigation outcome before any resolution

Important: If you report after 48 hours, our logistics partner may not be able to investigate the case as per their policy.


8. PACKAGE INSPECTION - MANDATORY

8.1 Inspect Before Accepting

You must inspect your package upon delivery. Here's what to check:

  • Packaging condition: Look for signs of tampering, tears, or damage
  • Seals intact: Ensure all seals and tape are original (no external tape applied)
  • Correct order: Verify the package details match your order

8.2 Reject Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered, opened, or damaged:

  • DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery
  • Reject the package immediately and inform the courier
  • Contact us at support@atmanvox.com with photos/videos of the package condition
  • We will arrange for a replacement or investigation

8.3 Unboxing Video (Recommended)

For your protection, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, especially if:

  • The package appears damaged or tampered and already accepted
  • You suspect the wrong or defective item may have been sent

This video serves as proof in case you need to file a return or claim.


9. INCORRECT OR MISSING ADDRESS

9.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • First and Last name
  • Complete address with pin code/postal code
  • Valid phone number
  • Landmark (always recommend)

9.2 Address Changes

Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update your address:

  • Ensure your order number and new address are shared before the shipping cutoff (usually 24 hours) to support@atmanvox.com
  • We'll do our best to accommodate the change.

9.3 Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you via email. Upon confirmation, a refund will be processed provided the item is not a customized product. Read our Refund policy


10. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

10.1 Australia Orders

For shipments to Australia, you MAY be required to pay:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • GST (Goods and Services Tax)

These charges are determined by Australian customs authorities and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

10.2 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes. Failure to pay these charges may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Package being held at customs
  • Package being returned to us (Regrettably, refunds cannot be issued for returns resulting from customs-related issues.)

10.3 Customs Clearance Delays

Please note that customs clearance in Australia may require additional time and is outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.


11. ORDER CONFIRMATION & UPDATES

11.1 Communication

We'll keep you updated at every stage:

  • Order Confirmation - Immediately after placing your order
  • Order Shipped - With tracking details
  • Out for Delivery - Notification from courier partner
  • Delivered - Confirmation once delivered

11.2 Contact Methods

Updates will be sent via:

  • Email (to your registered email address)
  • SMS (to your registered mobile number)

Make sure your contact information is accurate to receive timely updates.


12. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders to certain addresses if we suspect fraud
  • Verify payment and shipping details before processing
  • Adjust or cancel orders if pricing or product availability errors occur


13. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

13.1 Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during transit:

  • Contact us at support@atmanvox.com with your order number
  • We will file a claim with our logistics partner
  • Once confirmed lost, we will either:
    • Send a replacement (if product is in stock)
    • Issue a full refund

13.2 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • DO NOT accept the package if damage is visible before opening
  • If you've already accepted it, take photos/videos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@atmanvox.com
  • Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for next steps


14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Strikes or labour disputes affecting carriers
  • Severe weather conditions

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
